Terms of Service for Brodvey Apps (Daily's and Kalory)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications"Daily's" and "Kalory" (collectively, the "Apps") provided by Brodvey ("e,""us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
1. License to Use the Apps
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on a device you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Stores rules. The Apps are provided as a one-time purchase with no subscriptions or in-app purchases.
2. One-Time Purchase
The Apps are available for a one-time upfront purchase through the App Store. There are no additional fees, subscriptions, or in-app purchases required to use the Apps full functionality. Payments are processed by Apple, and we do not handle or store any payment information.
3. Local Data Storage
The Apps store all data (e.g., user inputs, settings, or tracked information) locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up and managing this data. We do not have access to or store any of your data.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Apps in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Apps.
- Use the Apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Distribute or copy the Apps beyond the license granted.
5. No Warranties
The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brodvey shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps, including but not limited to data loss or device issues. As the Apps store data locally, you are responsible for maintaining backups.
7. Termination
We may terminate your license to use the Apps if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must delete the Apps from your device.
8. Updates and Support
We may provide updates to the Apps at our discretion. We are not obligated to provide support or maintenance, but you may contact us for assistance at [Insert your support email].
9. Changes to These Terms
